EYWA is LIVE on Aurora Network

What is EYWA?

EYWA is a constellation of systems that allow different blockchain ecosystems to interact with each other seamlessly. EYWA allows users to quickly and inexpensively move their assets among various networks, while developers can effectively implement a cross-chain logic for their dApps.

EYWA Architecture

EYWA’s mission is to bring the world of DeFi together, enabling the industry to reach a new stage of its development while fostering adoption through the creation of improved DeFi products that cater to the needs of their users. To reach this goal, EYWA’s architecture has been built around two pillars, the EYWA Cross-chain Data Protocol (CDP) and the EYWA Cross-chain Liquidity Protocol.

CDP

The CDP, is the transport layer for all EYWA ecosystem products as it allows the transfer of data between different blockchains. The protocol is open-source and can be used by any developer to bypass interoperability issues when developing their dApps.

CLP

The CLP, on the other hand, is a DEX distributed across various blockchains that allows end users to work with native and synthetic assets without using intermediate entities. Effectively, it allows users to perform exchanges, add or remove assets, or form liquidity pools more easily by automating transactions with the issuance and burning of synthetic tokens during cross-chain operations.

EYWA <> Aurora

On August 4th 2022, EYWA and Aurora announced their strategic partnership which envisioned Aurora as the Governance Chain for EYWA. With this partnership, EYWA will unlock the opportunity for developers to build better dApps while allowing users to engage with DeFi products in a much simpler way.

What’s Next?

In November the EYWA project went into technical mainnet. You can take a look at it and test out the mechanics here:

In Q1 — Q2 of 2023 further important updates are planned:

  1. Commercial Launch of mainnet on 7 chains:
    • E-tokens — EYWA cross-chain stablecoins;
    • EYWA cross-chain DEX for stablecoins;
    • EYWA Token Bridge;
    • EYWA Oracle Network in POA mode.
  2. Audits of oracle network, transaction delivery system, arbitrage, smart contracts, and user interfaces.
  3. EYWA DEX cross-chain listing for projects.
  4. TGE and IDO.
  5. EYWA Cross-chain Data protocol to launch in Roll-DPOS.
